Within seconds, a clap of thunder sounds and is followed by rolls and rumbles, then a deluge begins.

I love thunderstorms, they always fill me with excitement and joy. I’m not a huge fan of Texas weather, but fall is gorgeous here and thunderstorms are epic.

Because fall is almost here, it’s time to put away the summer scents and get out the autumnal perfume.

One of my favorite fall perfumes is Chloe Nomade, a bold adventurous fragrance that would make a great signature scent.

Chloe Nomade Eau De Parfum

Nomade, what a perfect name. I adore everything about this perfume, the name, the bottle, and the smell. This perfume is one of the most complex fragrances I own, and what I mean, is that it’s constantly evolving over the course of the day. At first it’s fruity, citrusy, and creamy, then it transforms into a luxuriously clean freesia and rose, hours later, an earthy, dry scent emerges. Nomade is classified as a fruity chypre fragrance with the following notes:

Top Notes: Mirabelle Plum, Bergamot, Lemon, and Orange

Middle Notes: Freesia, Jasmine, Peach, and Rose

Base Notes: Oakmoss, Amberwood, Patchouli, Sandalwood, and White Musk

Just like you have your favorite pair of boyfriend jeans, this is the boyfriend perfume. Like boyfriend jeans, it’s tomboyish, comfortable, yet still feminine and stylish. It’s makeupy, it’s refreshing, and its cleanliness reminds me of Coco Mademoiselle. Like Coco it’s timeless, but not as sweet, and definitely more casual. When I spritz on Nomade in the morning, I immediately envision a travelista who is effortlessly cool and laid-back; a travel photographer, comfortable in any situation and any culture. Nomade’s wearer is minimal yet stylish, who doesn’t care what people think.

Chloe Nomade is for the adventurer!

Nomade is cool and adventurous, complex, but easy to wear.
